The Teca range reinterprets the formal arrangement of conventional reading lamps equipped with linear downlight diffuser on the stem. The “head”, with incorporated button switch, contains a T5 fluorescent source with electronic feeder, reflector and diffuser screen and is coupled laterally to the curved stem by means of a joint that allows continual rotation up to a maximum range of 270°. This results in extremely versatile use, facilitating front, back or side positioning of the lamp, and in any case allowing the light source to be brought near when required. The base of the table models takes up the lengthwise development of the diffuser, reducing the encumbrance on the top.
The diffuser and base cover are in matt silver grey or white painted die-cast aluminium, whereas the curved stem has bright chrome finish.
