This series of hanging lamps made of opal glass is, in its conception, a highly mixable system, capable of exchanging shapes and heights.
In this system Joan Gaspar presents two similar shapes but with details that make them clearly different and present them as flexible objects to decorate and light. The S1 has a conical shape while the S2 with a short neck is more flask like. With a diameter of almost 20cm it lights in a series without competing for space. The great combinatory of these objects and the ability to change the height at which they are suspended allows one to redesign constantly the space that these lamps occupy.
A clip makes this possible as it adapts the length of the wire to the lighting needs of the moment: shorter to achieve a direct beam of light and longer for a soft atmosphere. The matrix combines them thanks to a support which joins them in pairs or threes.
The opal glass gives a characteristic light. Clear, simple and clean it creates an intimate atmosphere with irradiates a friendly light. Its capability to interchange turns it into a product equally useful for domestic or big spaces.
