This time Joan Gaspar has looked for his inspiration in the city, in one of the most emblematic streets of Barcelona. He has designed a lamp that sieves the light through an engraved opal blown glass. Gran Via illuminates with a diffused beam creating a warm and pleasant atmosphere. It is a subtle tribute to the Mediterranean city.
This lamp has a special peculiarity. The diffuser is made out of the same glass as some antique streetlamps which even today can be found on the Gran Via in Barcelona, The glass gives the lamp a special and unique texture which irradiates the light, creating a very special halo. This suspended lamp lights in two ways: directly over an object and diffusing ambiance creating light.
