Rectangular or semi-circular tables. Two of the semi-circular tables can be put together to make a large round table with a diameter of almost two metres. The tables are among the products that Rud Thygesen and Johnny Sørensen added to the King’s Furniture series in 1981, and the tables match the two chairs (7511 and 7512) launched at the same time. Introduced in 1969, the series is now a true classic of Danish design history. It takes its name from the furniture presented to the Danish King Frederik IX on the occasion of his 70th birthday in 1970.
