Forget the idea that you have to look up to a computer screen. It is more comfortable and more ergonomic to look downward. That means that the screen lies under the table surface. This enables you to look from the keyboard to the screen at a glance. This concept came from Otto Sudrow in 1990. Five years later Lampert and Sudrow put it into production.
