Dafne freed herself from Apollo’s love and turned into a laurel tree. Dafne means change, transition, adaptation. And still: there is this permanently distinct shape, with clear lines, of timeless appearance and impression. Harmony of proportions. Dafne means love for the detail, elaborate thoroughness, harmony of selected textiles. Inwardly the shape creates tension. But outwards it represents a secure point of reference throughout changing spaces and times.

Description:Frame in solid wood and plywood; belts and flame retardant polyurethan foam (density seat 35 kg/m3, backrest 30 kg/m3) covered with fibre wadding; fixed cover (low back without armrests also available with removable cover**); feet in aluminium satin finish.
