BAP, which stands for the German BildschirmArbeitsPlatz, is a lamp with a fluorescent light source, devised to resolve practical situations such as reflection and dazzle caused by computers.

The BAP light emission is designed to balance with the different degrees of video brightness, so as to avoid eye strain. The quality of the joints and arm, thanks to a built-in pantograph kinematism which allows the horizontal plane to rotate, and a balanced movement in the vertical plane, allow the lamp to effect soft and controlled movements to meet the user’s ergonomic needs. The on and off switches, placed on the head and directly accessible, are flanked by a key for easy bulb replacement. For the first time, with BAP the problem was not simply to “make light”, but to “reduce light”, to make the lamp a useful tool in conjunction with another object, the computer, likewise a bearer of light!

Structure:
Aluminium frame. Glass loaded nylon head. Polycarbonate filters.

Finish:
white and black.
