“The table and console table Dessouschic were designed with the wish to replace the exterior wealthy signs, that are typical of ancient furniture, with a more refined and discreet luxury image, thus cancelling the boasting details. The main shape of these furniture units is archetype and the silhouette decoration is defined only by “interior signs bringing wealth”. This collection is wanted to be sensual too. It recalls the delicacy of a lace coming out from a nice décolleté. This evocation is accompanied by a physical act: one needs to lower under the object to catch its detail. This is the richness of a world calling for our respect and it is revealed to whom is patient to wait for it.”
