The Lightwire is a nimble transparent floor lamp providing indirect illumination. It is built using electrically welded steel rod.
The technical components (reflector, dimmer/switch and disc-shaped cord reel) are independent from the frame and appear to be floating inside it.
The filter inside the reflector directs a beam of coloured light toward the inside of the lamp.
The touch-sensitive dimmer/switch with night-light LED and the disc-shaped cord reel (which is fitted into the base ring) are made of polycarbonate.
The body of the lamp may be finished in chrome and in white or metalized enamel.
