The George system consists of two different types of sofas which both have a tubular metal base, yet are available with or without seat cushions. The second system, without seat cushions but still with cross-stitching, is deeper and has wider armrests. The system comprises a sofa, end units in two sizes, and two chaise-longue end units. A headrest can be installed on the backrests to provide better support of the upper back. Completing the system is a rectangular chaise-longue with an adjustable reclining backrest, and a square ottoman.

Internal frame upholstery-sofa: Bayfit® flexible cold shaped polyurethane foam (Bayer®), shaped polyurethane polyester fibre wadding
Internal frame upholstery ottoman: shaped polyurethane of different densities, polyester fibre wadding
Relax movement - G200P: raising mechanism operated by a manually controlled gas spring
Support structure: die-cast aluminium, bright brushed or graphite varnished
Back cushions upholstery: sterilized down, polyester fibre
Ferrules: thermoplastic material
Cover: fabric or leather
