I am not attracted by a right angle nor by a straight, hard, inflexible line, created by man. What attracts me is the free and sensual curve. The curve that I come across in the mountains of my country, in my favourite woman, in the clouds of the sky and in the waves of the sea. The universe is made of curves: it's Enstein' s curved universe.' It is from a poetic gesture the Ravello flower shaped armchair stems. This piece of furniture was especially created by Poltrona Frau for the new auditorium that the great Brazilian architect designed for the city on the Amalfi coast.
